Dear Partners and Friends,

Greetings and Congratulations to you. We believe congratulations are in order because you have been blessed to see another year. Not just any year, but a new and fresh year filled with days and opportunities created just for you. Think about it, you can't live this year like you lived last year because last year is gone forever. Some people are sad and some are extremely glad but in any case 2007 is here.

I was praying and meditating on this year and I heard these words in my spirit, "Under A Open Heaven in 2007." Many ministries have a new saying for each year and this is certainly acceptable with me. I personally have not been one to use a slogan for each year, but this year is an exception. This year I 'm believing and receiving this as a word from God for our family, ministry and partners.

Let me share with you a few things to set your faith on this year. Deu 28:12 says "The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations and thou shalt not borrow." First establish this truth in your heart and mind, the Lord is good and all of his blessings are good. James 1:17 "Every good gift and perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning." Did you read that? Every good gift and perfect gift. Proverbs 10:22 "The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it."

Mal 3:10 says when it comes to faithful tithers and givers, God will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings to great to be contained.

Some of the meanings of the word open in Deu 28:12 is to open wide, loosen, ungird and unstop. The first thing to note under an open heaven is that you have available to you much blessing. Another available blessing of an open heaven is great favor and fruitfulness in the area of your vision, gifts and calling . Notice that God will bless the work of "your hand and bless your land." Also you will be able to bless others, lend to other nations (people) and not have to borrow. You are blessed in order to be a blessing. I used the word available on purpose. There are many Christians that will be under an open heaven and not receive. Key words I see are "work and lend."It is time to love more and give more than we ever have. It is time for us to pray, worship and obey more than ever before. It is time to run with the vision God has for your life. The resources from heaven are available, are you? Here is another thing about an open heaven. John 1:51 says " And he said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto you, Hereafter you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the son of man ." I want to point out that the ministry of angels are constantly at work under an open heaven.

In Jacobs dream angels were descending and ascending from an open heaven to earth, carrying out Gods promises Gen 28:12. Ministering Angels are working for present day believers as well. Some people confuse "Being Blessed" with "Blessings." If you're a child of God you are blessed right now. In what ever state you're in, as a child of God you are blessed! Paul the Apostle said he was blessed even when imprisoned. So don't be confused by thinking Godliness and Gain are the same things. In fact, the word of God in I Timothy 6:5 states that this type of mind set is wrong and the people that teach this are in error. As a believer you are Blessed each day of your life regardless of the things you have or don't have. We're not blessed just because we have belongings, but because of whom we belong to. However, we do have needs and should believe God for our daily Blessings. I am not against prosperity and I believe poverty is one of the greatest hindrances to the body of Christ. I want you to know you are Blessed right now. It is because of this truth that you can receive what is available under an open heaven. Glory to God! All things are possible to those that believe Mark 9:23. You are Blessed in order to be a Blessing. You have been blessed with another year of time in order to be a blessing with that time. Money, property, resources, health and all of God's goodness are simply Blessings that are available under heaven for the Blessed of the Lord.

I read where someone got upset because a ministry purchased a jet to fly around the world. I thought to myself, "Why are they so upset? That ministry didn't need that jet 40 years ago. Their ministry wasn't a world wide ministry 40 years ago. Now they must travel the world in record time. They have need of different "Blessings" than 40 years ago. They were just as Blessed 40 years ago but the need for additional blessings and methods have changed." My bible tells me in Phil 4:19 that "My God shall supply all of your need according to His riches in glory, by Christ Jesus." Whatever you really have need of is available under an open heaven. Our ministry doesn't need a jet right now (A New Bus Would Be Nice). We do need and are believing for more faithful prayer partners and financial partners. There are also other Blessings we have need of this year. Whatever you really need, believe God can and will supply it this year. Let's continue to believe together for even greater Blessings. More souls and revelation of Gods word. More loved ones saved and healed. More answers to prayer than ever before. More breakthroughs and victories. Continue to run with us and believe for the best. Believe with us that 2007 is the year under an open heaven.
