The Bible is a book about relationships and the most important decision of your life has to do with your relationship with Christ.
You see, Sin separates man from God. But Jesus takes our sin upon Himself so we can be forgiven. Once forgiven, relationship is restored with God.
Think about these things:
- No One Is Perfect Except God.
Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” None of us are perfect. We have all fallen short. Everyone needs a Savior.
- Sin Separates From God And Produces Death
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Sin always produces death…God always produces life. If you are still in sin, you are still in death.
- God Loves Us Even Though We Sin
Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth (showed) His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” How wonderful! God’s love is so pure that He paid the highest price available in existence…The Life of Jesus.
- Whosoever Means You
Romans 10:13 “For WHOSOEVER calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Notice it didn’t say anything about how good you are or how bad you are. It didn’t say anyone except this race or men only. It didn’t say “as long as you haven’t been a thief or murderer.” No, read it again….WHOSOEVER…there is no sin too great for the blood of Jesus. Whosoever means you.
- Salvation Comes Through Faith And Confession
Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess (speak) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation”
- Become a Christian Today….Pray This Prayer Right Now To Receive Eternal Life
Out loud, right where you are, just say:
“Jesus, I admit right now that I am a sinner. I believe that the sin in my life causes death, but you loved me so much that you gave your life for me. You said in the Bible that whosoever would call upon your name, and believe, would be saved. So today, I call upon you. I ask you to forgive me of my sins. Cause me to have new life by the power of your blood which was shed for me. Cleanse me from my sins. I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that You were raised from the dead to bring me back to God. And I receive eternal life today.”
